These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wt999 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wt999 online gambling platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the website at wt999.ws and any associated mobile web interface.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with wt999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• 1You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. wt999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts held by persons under 21 will be closed immediately upon discovery, and any funds deposited by underage players will be returned to the source payment method minus any withdrawals already processed.
• 2You may hold only one registered account with wt999. If we detect that you have opened or are attempting to open multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — all such accounts will be suspended, and we reserve the right to retain any balances held in duplicate accounts pending investigation.
• 3You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered phone number, and any other information requested during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• 4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any OTP or verification code sent to your registered phone number. wt999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• 5wt999 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the applicant or account holder is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, or where the account may be used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

wt999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the local payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. wt999 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or international bank transfers at this time. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by wt999, however your mobile wallet provider's own transaction limits apply. All deposits are credited to your wt999 account balance in real time subject to payment provider confirmation.

• 1Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players must complete KYC before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of address. wt999 reserves the right to request additional documents at any stage.
• 2Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If your depositing method is bKash, your withdrawal will be sent to your registered bKash number. Cross-method withdrawals are not permitted as a standard procedure and must be approved by our compliance team if exceptional circumstances apply.
• 3Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, however wt999 may stage large withdrawals across multiple processing cycles for security and compliance reasons. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is staged.
• 4Standard withdrawal processing time is one to six hours from the time the request is approved. During periods of high demand, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. wt999 is not liable for delays attributable to the payment provider's own system.
• 5wt999 does not charge players any fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their current fee schedule. Please check with your provider for their applicable rates.

Bonuses and Promotions

wt999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In all cases of conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms will prevail for matters relating to that bonus only.

• 1All bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be transferred to your real-money balance and subsequently withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms.
• 2Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account to which they are issued. Selling, trading or otherwise transferring bonus credits to another player or account is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• 3wt999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is discontinued while you have an active wagering requirement in progress, you will be given a reasonable period — not less than 14 days — to complete the existing wagering requirement before the bonus balance expires.
• 4wt999 may offer seasonal or event-based promotions timed to major Bangladesh cricket events (including BPL, Bangladesh national team matches, T20 World Cup, and IPL), Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural occasions. Eligibility, duration, and specific bonus terms for each promotion will be published on the platform when the promotion is active.
• 5Abuse of the bonus system — including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotions rather than participate in them in good faith — is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, in addition to account suspension.

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

wt999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling behaviour. We take our duty of care to players seriously. Every account holder has access to deposit limit settings (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, and self -exclusion functionality. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wt999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account — including winnings — may be forfeited pending investigation.

• 1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent platform security measures. All player interactions with wt999 games and systems must be made manually by a natural person using the platform's standard interface.
• 2Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms, or artificially inflate account balances. This includes, but is not limited to, chip dumping in poker-style games, coordinated betting strategies designed to abuse promotions, and sharing of accounts between multiple users.
• 3Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the wt999 platform in any manner designed to launder money or evade tax obligations. wt999 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities where required by law.
• 4Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the wt999 platform, its game servers, payment processing infrastructure, or any associated third-party services. Any such attempt will result in immediate permanent account closure and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
• 5Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials to access wt999. Each account must be operated solely by the natural person to whom it is registered. Power of attorney arrangements do not confer the right to operate another person's gambling account.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the wt999 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive property of wt999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of wt999 or the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wt999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or systematic downloading of platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wt999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if wt999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wt999 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including failures of third-party payment systems or telecommunications infrastructure — may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. wt999 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during such periods.

Amendments to These Terms

wt999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact method on file — typically the registered phone number associated with the account — at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
